We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time:n Back office clerk Commercial management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Preparation of outgoing invoices to commercial customers (primarily for heating systems) including support in tracking incoming payments, clarification of invoicing issues with customers and internal departments
  • Preparation of capitalisation reports in coordination with the accounting and technical departments Collaboration in the preparation of the annual financial statements
  • Representation for other technical departments with the same or similar task structure or for allocations within the group of companies

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk, insurance clerk, tax clerk
  • Good organisational skills and a good understanding of numbers
  • Basic knowledge of accounting (HGB)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel as well as knowledge of SAP R3 (modules Fl, CO) or another accounting system
  • Independent, structured way of working as well as strong communication skills and a confident demeanour
  • Very good written and spoken German
